Notice of conversion of the legal form of the company

We hereby inform you that on 20-06-2023, DST Transport & Logistics sp. z o.o. was transformed into a limited partnership.

We would like to inform you that as a result of the transformation, the legal form of the company has changed. The company retains its current address, NIP, regon and bank account numbers, only the KRS number has changed.

The company was assigned a new entry number in the Register of Entrepreneurs in the National Court Register (nr KRS 0001043023) (nr KRS 0001043023)

A change in legal form and, consequently, in the name of the company does not affect the continuation of the business and the validity of previously concluded contracts. According to the Commercial Companies Code, the limited partnership is the legal successor of the transformed company.

DST Transport & Logistics Biedrzynski Spółka Komandytowa assumed all rights and obligations of DST Transport & Logistics sp. z o.o..

Accordingly, please note the change described above in your records and registers.
